Warranty Disclaimer

Turbo Teck LLC, is firmly committed to providing our customers with best in class, reliable products through authorized dealers and distributors. Our policy is to honour product warranties and to perform replacement services only on products purchased from an authorized Turbo Teck dealer or distributor, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a Turbo Teck product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, or if you are unable to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase, your Turbo Teck warranty will not be valid.

If you return an item to Turbo Teck for replacement, and that item is determined by Turbo Teck to be either counterfeit or a product not manufactured by Turbo Teck, you will be notified via e-mail or phone with instructions for retrieving your item. You will have a maximum of 3 business days to request that the item be shipped back to you at your cost. This cost will include a shipping and handling fee of $50. Shipments will be sent via FedEx only.

WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE

You may return your purchase at the location where you made the initial purchase within 15 days after your purchase with receipt or proof of payment for a full refund or replacement. There will be no additional handling charges, or return charges. All products must be in their original, un-opened packaging and be otherwise “complete” and undamaged. Products returned without their original packaging or without including related accessories, MAY be assessed a return charge if such lack of packaging deems the product un-sellable, and only returned unit will be processed under this policy.

If you purchase a product which is D.O.A (Dead On Arrival), you have a maximum of 15 days to return it to the initial point of purchase with proof of purchase for full refund, repair or replacement, at Turbo Teck’s option. The foregoing is subject to any special requirements or restrictions imposed by the point of purchase dealer.

AFTER 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE

You may return your purchase after 15 days of purchase directly to Turbo Teck LLC, with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, for replacement only. Shipping fees to return the item to Turbo Teck are the responsibility of the customer. If we determine you are entitled to a replacement unit, shipping cost to send it to you will be paid by Turbo Teck LLC. We do not offer refunds on returned items sent directly to Turbo Teck; rather, we offer replacement for identical or similar item only.  All products must be in their original, un-opened packaging and be otherwise “complete” and undamaged. Products returned without their originally packaging will be assessed a return charge of 20% if such lack of packaging deems the product un-sellable, or will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Before returning your purchase you will need to fill out the RMA form at the following URL address: www.turbo-teck.com/rma . After you have completed the form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your RMA number. If applicable, once your replacement unit has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking number.

If you send a product back to Turbo Teck without first completing and filing the RMA form, the product will be sent back at customer’s expense.

This warranty/return policy is only applicable if the product being returned is still under warranty. Please refer to the section below for warranties specific to products and series.

To the extent your product is covered by:

1 Year Limited Warranty, your product is warranted, pursuant to the above general warranty, for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances, unless you return the item at the point of purchase within 15 days of purchase, and comply with the requirements specified in this policy; otherwise you will be given a repaired or replacement unit identical or similar to the product initially purchased by you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty, your product is warranted, pursuant to the above general warranty, for a Limited Lifetime period, from the date of the original purchase. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances, unless you return the item at point of purchase within 15 days of purchase, and comply with the requirements of this policy; otherwise you will be given a repaired or replacement unit identical or similar to the product initially purchased by you.

Limited Replacement Warranty, your product is warranted, pursuant to the above general warranty, for a Limited Lifetime period, from the date of the original purchase, in addition if your product is not suitable, or is outdated and cannot function with current or future standards, we will replace it with the latest technology product we have in stock, subject to availability. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances, unless you return the item at point of purchase within 15 days of purchase, and comply with the requirements of this policy; otherwise you will be given a repaired or replacement unit identical or similar to the product initially purchased by the customer.
